Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully for your booking of Zolene & The ALS Band.
1. Bookings
If you have booked Zolene & The ALS Band for your evening entertainment only our team will be on site with adequate set-up time prior to the pre-arranged start time. An early set up can be pre-arranged for before your guests start to arrive, venue permitting which will incur an additional cost plus meals if all day event.
When you have booked us we ask for start and finish time. This finishing time is what we will stick to even if your event is running late, we have the right to finish at that time. In some cases, we have taken other bookings relying on your prearranged times.
All deposits are non-refundable within 6 months of your date.
2. Cancellations
Illnesses
In the event of illness and a band member is unable to perform at your event an adequate replacement will be provided.
Cancellation within 6 weeks
Any booking cancelled within 6 weeks of the date will incur a charge of 50% of the total price for the event
Cancellation within 2 weeks
If a wedding booking is cancelled within 2 weeks to the date booked half of the remaining balance must be paid.
3. Deposit
After your deposit has been paid we require the final payment either in cash on the day of your event/wedding or via bank transfer up to 2 days before your date.
